§ Clare ShortMy Department has provided assistance to Kosovo through grants to non-governmental organisations such as the International Federation of the Red Cross, Oxfam and the Save the Children Fund. It is currently funding two Oxfam projects worth over £100,000 to promote health education amongst rural women and to provide facilities and change attitudes42W towards disabled children, and an SCF Childrens Rights project. Officials are working up options for further assistance, including support for civil society and reconciliation.
