§ Mr. FatchettThe Foreign and Commonwealth Office have the following contracts for the provision and management of the overseas transport fleets, which have been let under the PFI initiative:
- Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd.
- Rover Group Ltd, and ABN AMRO Lease Holding N.V.
The services under the terms of these contracts are provided by Rolls-Royce Motor Cards Ltd, the Rover Group and Lease Plan International, a Division of ABN AMRO Lease Holding.
