To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make a statement on progress being made to construct building D151 to store ion exchange resin. [54089]

The construction of the upgraded Nuclear Utilities Building at Devonport Royal Dockyard (Project D151) is complete.

§ Mr. Baker
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many modified Magnox flasks and resin catch tanks are in use at Rosyth and Devonport to store ion exchange resin. [54081]

§ Mr. Spellar
There are 35 resin catch tanks currently in use at Rosyth Royal Dockyard, and 29 resin catch tanks and 9 modified magnox flasks currently in use at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
