To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what were the receipts from(a) tobacco duty, (b) alcohol duty and (c) other duties expressed (i) in cash terms, (ii) at June 1998 prices and (iii) as a percentage of total Government receipts for each year since 1982–83. [53208]
