§ Mr. MudieTo give a precise answer to this question could only be done at disproportionate cost. During 1997–98, however, the Department produced 22 Braille editions of publications and 23 audio tape versions for people with visual impairments.
The Department's policy is to ensure that publications that will be of very wide public interest are available in formats that are suitable for people with visual impairments.
