§ Ms Glenda JacksonAll my Department's Executive Agencies have signed up to the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information and treat all requests for information as a request made under the Code. Each Agency has its own arrangements for monitoring such requests but none has specific arrangements to identify persistent inquiries for information.
