§ Mr. Fatchett[holding answer 6 July 1998]: According to the Official Report, the FCO initiated one review in financial year 1992–93. The subject of this review was how best to conduct relations between Whitehall and the Caribbean Dependent Territories, Official Report, column 311. For financial years 1974-75 and 1979–80 the Official Report is not held in a form that can be searched electronically. The cost of obtaining the information requested for those periods would therefore be disproportionate.
