§ Marjorie MowlamI have today re-appointed Mr. Jim McDonald as Independent Assessor of Military Complaints Procedures in Northern Ireland. Mr. McDonald's appointment will continue, while an Army presence is required in Northern Ireland to act in support of the Royal Ulster Constabulary, until 24 August 2000.
