§ Dr. HowellsFollowing the closure of the SEAX Training Centre in Colchester, training provision was transferred to the Colchester Institute, Otley College and STS Training in Colchester. Endalm Ltd., a training provider in Benfleet, has taken on some hairdressing and business administration trainees and HCTP of Chelmsford have taken on some catering trainees who would have previously been placed with SEAX Training.
