Part 1 of the Report (the summary of evidence led and the Findings of Fact) has been circulated to parties for comment and the Reporter is currently considering the responses received with a view to making any necessary adjustments. Thereafter, Part 2 of the Report has to be completed before it is submitted to the Secretary of State for his consideration. At this stage, it is not possible to indicate when a decision will be issued.
