§ Mr. MilburnMy right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer has just announced a further £18 billion for the National Health Service in England over the next three years. Provided they meet the same standards of quality, access, efficiency and need, community hospitals will have the same opportunity to access additional funds as other hospitals.
