To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions if he will list the transatlantic routes that are currently served only by British Airways or American Airlines services. [51198]

The UK/US routes that are served only by British Airways are:

  • London—Baltimore
  • London—Charlotte
  • London—Phoenix
  • London—Pittsburgh
  • London—San Diego
  • London—Seattle
  • London—Tampa.

The UK/US routes that are currently served only by American Airlines are:

  • London—Raleigh Durham
  • Manchester—Chicago
  • Glasgow—Chicago.

In addition to those routes London—Dallas is served by both British Airways and American Airlines, but no other airline.
