§ Mr. George RobertsonAs in previous years, it remains open for my Department to make a claim on the Reserve, should it not prove possible for the cost of UK participation in Bosnia peacekeeping operations in 1998–99 to be accommodated within the Defence budget without detriment to the underlying defence programme and the delivery of defence outputs.
