§ Ms Glenda JacksonThe purpose of clause 33.3 of the Channel Tunnel Concession Agreement is to protect the commercial or technical confidentiality of documents produced by, or on behalf of, the Channel Tunnel concessionaires (Eurotunnel) by preventing the publication of such documents by recipients. It does not prevent the publication of that information by the originator, or the publication of information produced by third parties.
