§ Mr. FisherThe European Commission published a Green paper on the regulatory implications of convergence between the telecommunications, media and information technology sectors on 3 December 1997. The Green Paper is subject to the usual consultation procedures within the Commission. The Government are consulting widely in preparing their response to the Green Paper and have specifically invited comments from interested parties involved in each of the sectors concerned.
