§ Mr. WorthingtonFollowing extensive consultation with Education and Library Boards and schools, the original proposals for LMS funding have now been amended to ensure that over a period of years we progress towards commonality and transparent fairness of funding of schools in Northern Ireland. This means that in some cases in 1998–99 the determination of the premises factor will not relate solely to the area of premises.
