To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what factors determine the length of time the Union flag is flown at RUC Garnerville; and if she will review the practice. [20764]

The Union flag has traditionally been flown at the RUC Training Centre on week-days during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. The flying of the Union flag over police establishments in Northern Ireland is a matter to be dealt with by the Chief Constable.
