§ Dr. HowellsThe DfEE is reviewing the use of all its assets, including identifying assets which are surplus to requirements, as part of its Departmental Spending Review which will be completed this summer. The properties in the following table have already been identified as surplus to requirements. It is not possible to 113W give an estimate of their value as this will depend on the circumstances of their disposal. For accounting purposes, surplus assets will be valued in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Resource Accounting Manual.
