§ Dr. ReidA Board of Inquiry is underway to investigate the theft of explosives from the Army Training Area, Sennybridge, following the conviction of a soldier serving at the Infantry Training Centre, Brecon. I understand that the Board has already established that no explosives were stolen from the Infantry Training Centre in Brecon itself.
