To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has made to the USA to repay its UN debt. [29576]

My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary has made clear to Madeleine Albright on several occasions that we expect the US to pay their UN arrears and future contributions promptly and in full.
