§ Mr. Chris SmithI have today published a Government consultation paper "Television: the Digital Future" alongside the report "A Study to Estimate the Economic Impact of Government Policies towards Digital Television" which outlines the results of research undertaken, by National Economic Research Associates (NERA) and Smith System Engineering Ltd., on behalf of my Department and the Department of Trade and Industry's Radio communications Agency. I have placed copies of both documents in the Libraries of the House.
