§ The Prime MinisterThe terms of reference have been published and the final conclusions and the outcome of the Comprehensive Spending Review will be announced to Parliament in the summer. Secretaries of State and Departmental Ministers are overseeing the reviews in their respective departments but it is not the usual practice to identify individual civil servants providing advice to Ministers.
