§ Mr. FoulkesWe continue to work closely with the World Bank as they seek to agree policy and economic frameworks with the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) which will ensure the environment needed to encourage private investment. In my own discussions with DRC Government Ministers, I have emphasised the importance of efficient and effective Government regulation wherever appropriate.
