§ Mr. HoonA number of firms were randomly selected to be consulted by KPMG in the preparation of the business case for a solicitor's firm to undertake money claims under conditional fee agreements without requiring their clients to pay money in advance. The firms were asked to participate in strict confidence and I cannot, therefore, name them.
When KPMG's report has been received, a decision will be taken about publication.
