§ Mr. CabornWe have declined the London Green Belt Council's request for a meeting because we have indicated to Hertfordshire County Council that we are unlikely to intervene in its Plan if it proceeds to adoption on the basis now proposed. It is now the County Council's responsibility to progress its plan.
