§ Ms Glenda JacksonPerformance statistics appear in the Franchising Director's quarterly bulletins which are in the Library of the House. These reflect Passenger's Charter data which exclude voided days. Statistics which include the punctuality of services operated on voided days have not been collected on a systematic basis. However, as I said in my answer of 14 December 1998,Official Report, column 315, numbers of void days will be included in the Franchising Director's next and subsequent quarterly bulletins.
