§ Mr. George HowarthThe number of reported cases of bullying of prisoners by other prisoners is not recorded centrally. Establishments are not specifically required to maintain statistics on the number of cases identified, nor to report them to Prison Service headquarters. However, the Prison Service intends to make it a requirement for establishments to monitor the number of prisoners identified as being bullies on a monthly basis in the coming.
