§ Mr. RaynsfordThe Master Plan for the Northern Development Area has been referred to the Secretary of State in support of an application for outline planning permission and they will be considered together to determine the extent to which there might be conflict with national planning policy. Since the Tyneside multimodel transport study is not expected to be available for another 12 to 18 months, it would not seem reasonable to delay consideration of the application and Master Plan.
