§ Mr. MilburnA team consisting of the London Health Economics Consortium, the King's Fund and Public Attitude Surveys Ltd. was appointed to undertake the evaluation following a tender exercise earlier this year. The project will begin early in 1999 and the identification of good practice will remain a key objective.
