§ Ms JowellThe criteria for approving bids for lottery funding for healthy living centres are currently being developed by the New Opportunities Fund. The fund's draft application criteria, which specifies some of the areas it plans to include in its assessment criteria, is currently out for consultation. The fund plans to begin inviting bids early in 1999 and will make its first awards as soon as possible thereafter.
