§ Mr. Charles ClarkeThe law requires those Local Education Authorities and grant-maintained schools that provide milk to make this available, without charge, to pupils whose parents receive income support or income based job-seekers allowance. The Government have no plans to extend this eligibility or to make the serving of free milk compulsory.
