Section 5 of the Criminal Justice (Terrorism and Conspiracy) Act 1998—Conspiracy to commit offences outside the United Kingdom—came into effect on 4 September 1998, and information on convictions from the Home Office Court Proceedings Database will begin to become available in the Spring of 1999.
