§ Mr. RookerI am currently seeking information about the level of hygiene inspection charges levied on individual meat plants in other EU Members States, including the extent to which the standard charge abatement provision in Council Directive 85/73/EEC is 409W applied. Once I have received this information, I will write to the hon. Member, although this may take some time.
