asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will publish a list showing for each Local Education Authority (LEA) in Wales for 1998–99, its General Schools Budget, its Potential Schools Budget, the difference between these two amounts expressed as a figure and as a percentage of the General Schools Budget withheld by each LEA which is outside its Potential Schools Budget and the total amount under each heading.
