§ Mr. FieldThe Child Care Tax Credit, as part of the Working Families Tax Credit, will be treated as income for Housing Benefit purposes. However, we will be increasing child care disregards in Housing Benefit to ensure that claimants receive the full value of the Child Care Tax Credit.
