§ Mr. HoonI do occasionally receive letters about contingency fees. However the Government propose to extend the types of proceedings for which conditional fee agreements are available. Those proposals were set out in the consultation paper Access to Justice with Conditional Fees which was published on 4 March. The consultation paper invited responses and thirty-five have been received to date.
