§ Mr. Doug HendersonWe are committed to a swift and favourable outcome to the negotiations between the EU and South Africa for a Trade and Cooperation Agreement. We hope a conclusion will be possible during our Presidency. The General Affairs Council on 30 March was a useful step forward in preparing the next round of negotiations later this month.
