§ Mr. Win GriffithsOfficials in the Welsh Office have had informal discussions with a number of bodies in Wales about ways to construct an effective programme to tackle Social Exclusion. These include the Welsh Local Government Association, the Wales Council for Voluntary Action, Swansea City Council and the University of Glamorgan. We intend to publish proposals for formal consultation in early May.
