§ Mr. FoulkesThe Know How Fund is managed with some flexibility between country programmes within financial years. Levels of expenditure will depend partly on emerging needs and speed of project implementation. Our aim is to reduce expenditure over time on the countries most advanced in transition. Support is not being discontinued in any country in 1998–99.
