§ Dawn Primarolo[holding answer 6 April 1998]: The changes to tapers and thresholds announced in the Budget mean that most people will receive more from the Disabled Person's Tax Credit than they would have received from the Disability Working Allowance for a given level of pay, and no-one will receive less.
