§ Mr. WorthingtonI welcome the additional assistance for families with young children which the Chancellor has announced in the Budget. I am considering how a range of affordable quality child care can be secured throughout Northern Ireland. I intend to issue a Northern Ireland child care strategy for consultation before the summer.
