§ Mr. MossFor 1997–98, the following performance targets have been set for LRNI:

- 1. To process 16.8 Land Registry registrations per member of staff per month.
- 2. To process 262.5 Registry of Deeds registrations per member of staff per month.
- 3. To process 48 Statutory Charges Registry registrations per member of staff per month.
- 4. To process 90.75 application units per member of staff per month.
- Efficiency
- 5. To process regular Land Registry dealings in an average of 20 days.

- 7. To process regular Statutory Charges Registry dealings in an average of 15 days.
- 8. To process pre-completion land information applications in an average of eight days.
- 9. To achieve a unit cost of £46.24 for registrations.
- 10. To achieve a unit cost of £5.64 for land information services.
- 11. To achieve a combined weighted unit cost target of £26,68.
- Financial
- 12. To cover Agency Costs out of fee income.
- 13. To increase overall productivity by at least 3 per cent.
- Quality
- 14. To achieve a customer complaint ratio of more than 1.5 per cent.
