HC Deb 20 March 1997 vol 292 c744W
Ms Rachel Squire

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many full-time equivalent support staff were provided to the health service commissioner for Scotland in each year since 1992. [21055]

Lord James Douglas-Hamilton

The posts of Health Service Commissioner for Scotland, for England and for Wales and the post of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration are all held by the same person. I understand that support services for those posts are provided from a central resource and are not separately allocated.
