§ Mr. SproatFurther to the answer given to my hon. Friend the Member for Birmingham Hall Green (Mr. Hargreaves) on 24 July 1996,Official Report, columns 496–97, a paper setting out the remit of the ministerial nominees to the regions of English Sports Council was agreed with the chairman of the council. Copies have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses. I expect to meet those concerned shortly to discuss this.
