§ Mr. HowardThe estimated outturn expenditure for 1996–97 is £6,625,588,000, of which it is estimated that £243,215,000 will be spent in Wales and £6,367,108,000 in England. The Home Office employs 1,189 people in Wales and 50,696 people in England.
