§ Mr. ChisholmIt is normal practice for The Scottish Office to release the purchase price of land acquired for road construction schemes. In this case, however, at the vendor's request, it was agreed that the purchase price of Eilean Ban would not be divulged by the Scottish Office to a third party without the prior consent of the vendor.
