§ Clare ShortI am currently reviewing all of our programmes to ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively and are targeted on our overriding objective of poverty elimination. We will issue a White Paper in the autumn setting out how, through more coherent policies, we will tackle global poverty and promote sustainable development.
