§ Clare ShortThe know-how fund has been and remains a provider of flexible and timely technical assistance to central and eastern Europe and central Asia. I am reviewing its activities as part of the process leading up to the publication of a White Paper in the autumn, to ensure that it is fully consistent with my Department's objectives.
