§ Mr. Mike O'BrienThe Special Immigration Appeals Commission Bill, which is currently before Parliament, would give a right of appeal to European Economic Area nationals in the small number of cases where the Secretary of State has decided that their exclusion, removal or departure from the United Kingdom would be conducive to the public good. There is currently no right of appeal in such cases.
