§ Mr. SproatThe Cabinet Office report on the Government's use of external consultants had 34 recommendations. Six of these relate to other Government Departments—recommendations numbers 4, 5, 7, 10, 19 and 21.
In respect of the remaining 28, my Department has implemented four in full—recommendations numbers 3, 6, 9 and 20; the rest are to be implemented in the context of a new procurement strategy on which my Department is currently working.
